Fall and winter often bring fewer listings, and well-priced homes can stand out with less competition—especially in desirable areas like Anacortes, La Conner, Coupeville, and along the waterfront.

For buyers, the best time is often when competition is lower. Late fall and winter can offer more negotiating flexibility, while spring and summer provide the greatest selection of homes. We have seen an adjustment to the market but that often means that prices are increasing.  I have been able to negotiate a good amount of Seller Credits for my Buyers which allows more money down or more cash on hand for small improvements once a property is yours!

We offer loans with 0% down, 3.5% down, 5% down, 10% down, and 20% down which is traditional. 

It's a personal thing for sure but you need to have experience on your side.  In every transaction I do there is a new lesson learned.  It makes more sense to have someone on your side who has closed over 500 transactions.
